Welcome to Heed God.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Heed God, including our landing page, application, subscription plans, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Heed God is owned and operated by Identipurpose Inc. ("Identipurpose," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Heed God is a faith-centered platform designed to help you document your spiritual journey, reflect on your relationship with God, study the Bible, and organize what you believe God may be communicating to you.
The Services may include the following features:

Endless Entries
Record journal entries and reflections about your spiritual experiences.
Distill into Direction
Organize your reflections into possible lessons, decisions, and action steps.
Spiritual Timeline
Review entries chronologically and reflect on different seasons of your life.
Guided Consecrations
Record and organize consecrations, fasting plans, and related spiritual commitments.
Prayer Journal
Record prayer requests, thanksgiving, and answered testimonies.
Healing Journal
Document personal healing and restoration reflections.
Community Section
Create or participate in community spaces where members can pray and share their faith journeys.
Your Spiritual Tribe
Organize information about people who support your spiritual journey.
Identity & Purpose
Develop and revisit identity and purpose statements.
Bible & Notes
Study the Bible and create personal notes.
Dream Dictionary
Explore general information about possible dream meanings.
Get Support
Access available support resources.
Features may change, be updated, or become unavailable as the Services develop.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Heed God.
By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You agree to:
Heed God may offer sign-in through email and password or Google sign-in.
If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or terminate access and take appropriate steps regarding the account and its information.
You retain ownership of the original content you create and submit to Heed God, subject to the rights of other people and any applicable third-party content licences.
Your content may include:
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to share it.
To operate the Services, you grant Identipurpose Inc. a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and technically process your content as reasonably necessary to provide the features you choose, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and operate the Services.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us. It is limited to the purposes described above and remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We do not claim ownership of your private journal entries simply because you store them in Heed God.
Your personal journal entries are private by default.
Other users cannot access your private entries merely because they use Heed God or belong to a community you participate in.
If you deliberately share content through a community or another sharing feature, it may become visible to the audience identified by that feature's settings.
You are responsible for reviewing your content and sharing settings before publishing or sharing anything.
You agree not to share another person's confidential or personal information without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
People who can view shared content may be able to copy, screenshot, or otherwise retain it. We cannot guarantee that every copy will be removed when you delete the original.
The handling of your personal information is further described in the Heed God Privacy Policy.
Heed God communities are intended to support prayer, spiritual growth, reflection, and respectful connection.
When using community features, you agree to:
You are responsible for your interactions and contributions.
We may remove content, restrict access to community features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, threatened others, or misused the Services.
We do not guarantee that every community post will be reviewed before other users can see it. We also do not guarantee the identity, intentions, reliability, or conduct of community members.
Heed God may provide AI-assisted summaries of information you have already entered, as well as a dream dictionary offering general information about possible dream meanings.
These features are intended to support reflection and organization.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with your beliefs or circumstances. Dream-dictionary information is general and should not be treated as a definitive explanation of your dream.
Heed God does not guarantee that a particular dream, impression, thought, coincidence, or AI-generated suggestion is a message from God.
You are responsible for evaluating the information provided and deciding whether or how to act on it.
Information submitted to an AI feature may be processed by the third-party providers needed to deliver that feature, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our stated policy is that your personal content is not used to train AI models.
Heed God is a spiritual journaling, Bible study, and reflection platform.
The Services do not guarantee spiritual discernment, healing, direction, answered prayer, personal transformation, or any particular outcome.
Heed God is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental-health services, legal advice, financial advice, or other qualified professional services.
The dream dictionary, AI summaries, journal prompts, and other tools provide general information and organizational support. They are not a substitute for your own judgment, prayerful discernment, or qualified professional guidance when needed.
Do not rely solely on an app response or spiritual interpretation when making important medical, safety, legal, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
Certain features of Heed God may require a paid subscription.
The applicable price, billing period, trial terms, and material subscription conditions will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Subscriptions may include promotional offers, founder-member pricing, discounts, or other special terms. The conditions presented at checkout form part of your subscription agreement.
You are responsible for reviewing the subscription details before confirming payment.
Heed God may offer a 30-day free trial to eligible users.
The specific trial terms will be shown during sign-up. If a payment method is required, you must provide it through the designated payment process before the trial begins.
Unless the offer states otherwise, a trial that automatically converts to a paid subscription will renew at the recurring price disclosed at sign-up when the trial ends, unless you cancel before conversion.
For example, if checkout states that your subscription will cost $9.99 per month after the 30-day trial, that disclosed price will apply after the trial unless you cancel or the applicable terms change lawfully.
You are responsible for reviewing the trial end date and cancelling in time if you do not wish to continue.
If you cancel before the trial expires, you should not be charged for the subsequent subscription, except for any separate amount clearly disclosed and lawfully due.
Subscriptions may renew automatically for the billing period selected at purchase.
Before subscribing, review:
You authorize the designated payment provider to process payments according to the subscription terms you accept.
We will not intentionally charge a recurring price different from the price disclosed and accepted without providing notice and obtaining any consent required by law.
If a subscription price changes, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription through the cancellation method made available for your account or contact contact@heedgod.com for assistance.
To avoid being charged after a free trial, you must cancel before the trial expires and allow sufficient time for the cancellation to be processed.
Cancelling a paid subscription generally stops future renewals. Unless the applicable offer or law provides otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund payments already made, and access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Deleting the application from your device does not cancel your subscription.
If your subscription is managed by a separate payment provider, you may need to cancel through the relevant subscription management process.
All subscription sales are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly promised in the applicable offer.
We provide a 30-day free trial so eligible users can evaluate Heed God before their paid subscription begins. You are responsible for reviewing the trial conditions and cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we generally do not offer refunds or partial refunds for:

Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, we will comply with that requirement.

You may use Heed God only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We may take reasonable measures to protect the Services, our users, and their information.
The Heed God name, branding, software, design, text, graphics, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Identipurpose Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from our protected materials.
Your original content remains yours, subject to the limited permissions necessary to operate the Services.
Bible translations and third-party content may be subject to separate copyright, licensing, or usage conditions.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that Heed God will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features for technical, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.
Where a change materially affects a paid service or your legal rights, we will provide notice or remedies where required by applicable law.
You may stop using Heed God at any time and request account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be necessary in urgent circumstances or where required by law.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination. Information associated with the account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You may request deletion of your account through the available account settings or by contacting contact@heedgod.com.
Our intended policy is to delete or irreversibly de-identify personal information associated with a deleted account within 90 days, subject to legal obligations, security needs, legal claims, and backup limitations described in the Privacy Policy.
Account deletion does not necessarily cancel a subscription with a separate payment provider. You must cancel that subscription separately to avoid future charges.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that they will meet every user's needs or produce particular outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Identipurpose Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, opportunities, or data arising from the use of the Services.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights or other protected claims.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims and losses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own conduct where applicable law prohibits that result.
Your use of Heed God is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information.
The Privacy Policy is available through HeedGod.com and HeedGod.app.
Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory privacy rights or other legal protections that apply to you.
These Terms are intended to operate subject to the mandatory laws that apply to you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada will govern these Terms, without overriding mandatory consumer-protection or privacy rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Disputes will be handled by a court or other forum with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and dispute-resolution requirements.
We may update these Terms as the Services develop or legal requirements change.
We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide notice or obtain consent where required by law.
Where permitted by applicable law, continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect may constitute acceptance. If you do not agree to a material change, you should stop using the Services and cancel any subscription as appropriate.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for specific features or offers form the agreement governing your use of the Services.
